Annual Congregational Meeting
Cedar Lane’s Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022. Join us for a light lunch after worship service, and then the meeting will start at 1:00 PM. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

As Unitarian Universalists we use a democratic process to make key decisions and eligible voting members* will be asked to cast their vote on:
- Approval of the Annual Meeting Minutes for June 13, 2021
- Nominating Committee Slate of Board Members and Nominating Committee Members (Members can also put forward nominations from the floor)
- FY2023 Budget (July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023)
- By-Laws revisions removing the financial contribution requirement to be a Member (effective July 1, 2022).

*Eligible voting members are those who have been Members at least 60 days prior to the Annual Meeting and have made a financial contribution to the Operating budget in the past 18 months. In person registration will be offered onsite and zoom registration in advance to confirm eligibility to vote.
