Name Change Clinic presented by FreeState Justice

FreeState Justice, Maryland’s LGBTQIA+ civil advocacy non-profit organization, is offering a free legal name change and gender marker clinic.

Registration is encouraged. Please register in advance with FreeState Justice by submitting their intake service request form. Attendees should note that they are participating in "Cedar Lane’s Name Change Clinic." In order to register, you will need to provide a Birth Certificate -or- State-Issued ID and provide a Maryland address where you are comfortable receiving court-issued mail.
